Agreement

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order — if we do, we refund you immediately and tell you why.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and include our margin but exclude any import duty your country may charge. If we list a price in error we'll contact you before processing and you can cancel.

Shipping and delivery

Processing 1–3 business days, delivery 5–15 business days, every order tracked. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can and photograph the actual item we ship. Colours vary between screens. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between production runs.

Safe use — please read

Our products are consumer goods for use under adult supervision. They are not medical devices, safety equipment or personal protective equipment, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Follow the guidance on each product page, particularly the safe-sleep notes. Never leave a child unattended with any product. If you have a clinical concern about your child, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Liability

We're responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We aren't liable for losses caused by misuse, by ignoring the guidance on the product page, or by normal wear. Nothing here limits liability we can't lawfully limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order. Disputes are handled under the laws applicable at our place of business, and nothing here removes consumer rights you have locally.
