The honest timeline

1–3 business days to process, then 5–15 business days to deliver. You'll get a tracking number by email at dispatch.

Tracking shows nothing yet — is it lost?

Almost certainly not. Tracking commonly takes 2–4 business days to show its first scan, and can then sit unchanged for several days while the parcel is in transit. That's normal and not a sign of a problem.

When to contact us

If you're past 20 business days from dispatch, email support@tinyyytales.com with your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full. You don't need to chase the carrier — that's our job, not yours.

Ordered several things?

They may arrive separately, at no extra cost, each with its own tracking number. One arriving doesn't mean the others are lost.
