About Us

We make the boring half of the first three years slightly easier.

Tinyyytales exists because of a specific feeling: standing in a shop at 11pm, holding two near-identical products, with no idea which one is actually better and a baby who needs the thing tomorrow.

What we actually do

We pick a small number of products for the first three years and we describe them honestly. That's the whole business.

We don't carry a thousand lines. We carry about a dozen things that solve problems parents genuinely have — the backwards wobble, the raw knees, the dead arm at feed number nine, the floor that turned into an ice rink the week they started pulling up.

Things we won't do

  • We won't invent statistics. If we say something works, we'll tell you how we know. If we don't know, we'll say that instead.
  • We won't call ourselves #1 rated. Rated by whom?
  • We won't hide where things ship from. Our products are made and dispatched from our partner warehouse in Asia. Delivery takes 5–15 business days. That's on the product page, the shipping policy and the checkout — not buried in the small print.
  • We won't dress up a cushion as safety equipment. Some of what we sell makes a bump softer. None of it replaces supervision, and we say so on the page.
  • We won't filter our reviews. If something gets three stars, the three stars stay up.

Why we're so careful about safety wording

This category is full of products marketed with claims nobody can support — pillows that supposedly fix head shape, cushions sold as protective equipment, sleep products that imply they prevent the unthinkable.

We won't do it. Where a product touches sleep or safety we put the real guidance on the page, including the parts that tell you when to stop using it. If that costs us a sale to someone who wanted a bigger promise, that's a trade we'll make.

Our guarantee

Thirty days. If it's wrong, email us and we refund you — including the shipping you paid. In most cases you keep the item, because posting a $20 product back across the world helps nobody.
