Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery times

Standard shipping to the United States: 5–15 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive toward the earlier end of that window.

Delivery times are quoted in business days and do not include the processing window above. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the number by email once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show its first movement — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Split shipments

If you order several items they may arrive separately, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Delays

Customs clearance, severe weather and carrier backlogs can extend delivery beyond the quoted window. If your order passes 20 business days without arriving, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Where we ship from

Orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse network. Most parcels are dispatched from Asia and handed to a domestic carrier for final delivery.
